Provides a 12-week basic introductory Culinary Arts Program. Teaches basic culinary skills needed to qualify as a candidate for a starting position within the culinary industry. Training includes (but not limited to); basics of a commercial kitchen, job retention and life skills. Students will graduate with a California Food Handler Card required by law for all food-related service workers.
