Provides health insurance for children, ages 0-18, who are not eligible for Medi-Cal or health care coverage that is paid for, in any part, by an employer, or financial help through Covered California. Household income is no more than 3 times the federal poverty level (call for amount). The plan includes doctor visits, prescriptions, mental health services, lab work, dental care; some of these services have a small co-pay. Parent/guardian does not need to be a Kaiser member.
