Job Training Formats | California Conservation Corps - Napa Office
Provides a residential and non-residential job training program for men and women ages 18 to 25. Jobs include a variety of outdoor work, including landscaping, trail building, tree planting, brush clearance, minor construction work, wildlife habitat improvement, flood prevention and more. Responds to natural disasters and other emergencies. Individual can obtain GED while serving in the corps and receives a minimum wage while in training. Expedited enrollment to homeless individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. Residential stay is up to one year and enrollees may be eligible for $2500 scholarship towards further education.
