Assists individuals with disabilities obtain and retain employment and maximize their ability to live independently in their communities by providing vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals and ADA technical assistance. Also provides training to businesses around diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Collaborates with local county resources to provider information and referral services to assist individuals with disabilities live active, independent lives. Also serves students with disabilities including justice involved and foster youth.

Also provides training and funding to local independent living centers, which offer information and referral services to assist individuals with disabilities live active, independent lives. The Concord office is the main Contra Costa location. Affiliate offices are located in Antioch and Richmond
