Provides in-home visits for families who are pregnant or parenting children ages 0-5 or upon entering Kindergarten. Program services include child development milestone education, mental/physical health education/support, social emotional growth, nutrition and wellness education and support, strengthening caregivers-child attachment, and connecting families to local resources.
