Valid of identification, 12 month income verification, Childs original birth certificate, immunizations including TB test for child 1 year or older including the immunization result. Proof of health insurance, and two verifications of address.

Offers free child care services to low income families with children birth to 5 years old including services to children with special needs. Provides prenatal education through the home based program. The Head Start and Early Head Start programs offer multicultural/multilingual play-based curriculum for children, center based and home based options, full day and part day slots available, parent education, mental health, and nutrition classes.
