Works with county mental health as a bridge between the system and explaining to families who are dealing with a family member 18+ and dealing with behavioral health issues. Services include assisting families in navigating the mental health system, answers questions regarding SSI and SSDI problems, benefits questions, rehabilitation programs, day programs, county housing resources, out of the county placements, and medication issues. Therapy and psychiatrist referrals in both the private and public systems. Meets with families within the county mental health system of care.
