Required documents
Social Security card or ITIN for each family member, photo id, W-2 forms for all jobs held in 2025, all 1099 forms and other income or tax forms, child care provider information such as name, address and tax ID number, checking or savings account numbers to direct deposit refund, proof of health insurance if purchased through market place and copy of last year's tax return.

Individuals who believe they have no filing requirement may be eligible for a credit amount. This site can also help with prior returns.
