Provides affordable homeownership opportunities to qualifying households, earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income. To qualify, applicants must show a need for housing, be willing to partner with Habitat by contributing sweat equity in the construction of the home, and demonstrate the ability to pay.

Works with individuals who wish to accomplish financial goals and become ready for home-ownership, manage rental obligations, or attain other financial and housing goals. Counseling services include one-on-one counseling sessions and group education workshops, pre-purchase counseling, credit repair, debt reduction, post-purchase financial readiness and budget counseling.
