Patients are strongly advised to call for information. Provides routine and preventive health care services including family practice, children's practice, healthy start, gynecology, pediatrics and prenatal care, STD testing and treatment, HIV testing. Care coordinators relay messages to doctors and assist patients with medical concerns. Clients can reach their doctor's care coordinator by dialing backdoor number. Patients can access their medical record, make appointments, send messages to providers and view lab results online at www.mychart.cchealth.org. Smartphone application also available. Center front lobby serves as a cooling center during summer heat wave.
