Juvenile Diversion | HEART Healing Education and Reducing Trauma EP - Bay Area Community Resources
Provides a juvenile diversion program for adolescents in high school age who may be at risk of violence including an assessment of individual's needs to help address barriers, reentry planning, mentor and peer support, system navigation and coordination of resources including, but not limited to housing assistance, education, employment preparation, social entrepreneurship, vocational training and job placement including paid internship, legal assistance, family and community reunification, etc.
