A hot meal program is available Monday thru Wednesday and Friday for seniors 60+, apply by phone the day in advance, 10am-noon. Transportation for medical appointments and other services in Walnut Creek are utilizing the ride sharing app Lyft. Apply by phone Monday-Friday between 9-10am the day before transportation is needed.
