Homeless Shelter | Concord Shelter - CCH
Provides emergency adult shelter for single adults. Provides the basic needs of shelter, shower, food, and clothing. Service includes case management services assisting residents with linkage to appropriate support programs and organizations including, housing support, social and human resource services, employment search and placement, legal services, counseling and health needs. Some rooms are made available for couples or individuals with special needs. Center has 16-22 spots available to serve as a warming/cooling center (overnight stay) for vulnerable populations.

Dispatch: Monday-Friday, 8am - 11pm; Saturday and Sunday, 4pm - 11pm; shelter is open 24 hours daily; Warming Center Dispatch: 4:30pm - 10pm
Application process
No drop-ins accepted; must be referred by CORE team. Call 2-1-1 to be transferred to CORE and reach the shelter intake line. Can also dial 2-1-1 and press option 3 to be directed to program automatically.
