Provides a 6-week, trauma-informed program designed to support healing, resilience, and emotional well-being for the Antioch community. Cohort-based experience provides a safe, structured space for individuals impacted by gun violence, homelessness, food insecurity, immigration challenges, and others navigating personal hardship or trauma. Through weekly healing circles, guided breathwork, and facilitated reflection, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue, process lived experiences and build practical coping strategies that support long-term emotional resilience and stability.
