Provides fair housing counseling and investigations to all Contra Costa County residents (except Antioch residents). All services are remote, by phone and email. Also provides fair housing training and presentation to both landlords and tenants throughout the county. Offers tenant landlord counseling including evictions, deposits, repairs, retaliations etc., to residents of Contra Costa County (except Antioch).
