Works in partnership with the emergency management agencies of Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada, as well as the territories of American Samoa and Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia to prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters. Provides assistance to Contra Costa County residents who have sustained severe storm-related damages including flooding, landslides, and mudslides. Applying does not guarantee that assistance will be awarded.
