Orinda
Oversees capital improvements, community development, building division and engineering division. Public works department provides maintenance service to Orinda's roads, parks, marina, open spaces, flood control areas, street signs and lights, water and sewer lines as well as providing safe potable water to residents. Orinda Association and city offers 4th of July celebration.
