Description

Offers Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) which provides assistance to help people afford housing that is privately owned. The Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program is currently closed to new entries. Clients pay a portion of their income in rent to their landlords and the City of Pittsburg Housing Authority through funding from the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) pays the difference.
