Description
Provides a phone and online program that offers activities, education, friendly conversation, and a variety of classes and support groups for older adults, accessible from the comfort of your home. Groups include games, writing poems, lifelong learning, virtual tours, meditation, gratitude sharing, support, and everyday connections with others nationwide. Participants can join groups by phone or online, however, they feel conformable. No special equipment is needed and the calls, including registration, are free.
