Low-income households who participate on Medicaid/Medi-Cal, LIHEAP, Section 8, CalFresh, WIC, National Lunch School Program, TANF, SSI, WTW, Tribal TANF, General Assistance or Head Start. Must be able to proof participation with documentation.
