Provides a weekday commuter service to the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco between the hours of 5:00am- 8:20pm. Free Wireless Internet (WI-FI) service is available on board all Lynx buses. The Lynx serves the Willow Avenue Park & Ride in Rodeo, the Victoria by the Bay neighborhood, and Northshore Business Park in Hercules, before departing from the Hercules Transit Center for a non-stop trip to San Francisco via the HOV lanes on Interstate 80.

WestCAT is a service of the Western Contra Costa Transit Authority, which provides a network of local and express bus routes throughout west Contra Costa County: serving the cities of Pinole and Hercules and the unincorporated communities of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa. In addition, WestCAT operates regional service between Martinez and the Hercules Transit Center and between the Hercules Transit Center and Contra Costa College. Also WestCAT operates transbay service between the Hercules Transit Center and the San Francisco Transbay Terminal, called the Lynx. WestCAT also operates ADA Paratransit and curb-to-curb Dial-A-Ride services for persons with disabilities and seniors age 65+.
