Application process
Assessment/placement test will be given. Learners and tutors may sign up at any time. Orientation for new learners is held upon entering the program at the LEAP office. New tutor orientation and training are offered upon need. Call the LEAP office to sign up.

Due to the current pandemic all classes are held virtually. Provides free program in which tutors and learners work one-on-one or in small groups to improve learners literacy (ability to read and write). LEAP's purpose is to help adults develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve their individual goals. The program is sponsored by the Richmond Public Library.
