Offers a placement program for youth who exhibit a wide range of acting out behaviors including: aggression, property destruction, running away, sexual acting out, defiance and self-injury behaviors. Provides youth comprehensive assessment and on-going evaluation, individual, group, family and milieu therapy, behavior management and skills building, special education, case management, medication support and monitoring, expressive arts, crisis intervention, trauma informed care and bi-monthly family events.

Fred Finch Youth Center
Community-based mental health service program for young adults (16-26) living in Western to Central Contra Costa County. Serve's Medi-Cal recipients who are experiencing mental health challenges often in addition to homelessness, substance use issues or histories of trauma and abuse. Services include therapy, case management, living skills support, medication management, participant groups and peer mentoring.  CCTAY works in close collaboration with Contra Costa County Behavioral Health Services.
