Provides a safe home and treatment programs for children with behavioral and emotional challenges. Children, ages birth-21, are referred by the Department of Social Services, Child Protective Services or one of the county mental health departments. Treatment services take place in a treatment foster home with emphasis in developing and maintaining competent, healthy, committed and trained treatment foster families in which the foster children may be nurtured and redirected.
