Eligibility
Household income must be at or below the U.S. Department of Housing and Development's (HUD) definition of very low income limits. Clinics are open to dogs and cats belonging to Veterans of any era. Up to two pets per visit, maximum six pets per Veteran total. Pet(s) must be spayed or neutered. If pet is not spayed or neutered, discounted spay/neuter services are available for qualifying households.
Required documents
Provide a valid military identification at time of check-in. Acceptable forms of military identification include military I.D. card, VA health identification card, discharge paperwork with matching photo identification, or Department of Defense Form 214 with matching photo identification. Must provide proof of being a regular caretaker of the animal, household income, and residency.
