Works with single adults who at imminent risk of becoming homeless within 14 days. Provides housing problem-solving and/or one time financial assistance to assist individuals in remaining in safe and stable housing. Referrals through 211. If a CARE Center encounters an individual who is at imminent risk, will refer individual to 211 for referral. 211 provides triage tool.
