Offers a help line staffed by social workers who provide information, referrals to services, and support in problem solving to seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers. Callers can receive information and assistance on a variety of issues, including, but is not limited to: housing, finances, food, long-term care, and transportation. Offers senior housing information and education including waitlist process. Assists individuals who are NOT in need of emergency housing. Individuals seeking emergency housing must call 2-1-1.
