Wraparound Facilitation/Community Support | Community Health for Asian Americans (CHAA) - Richmond

Provides Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) counseling for children, adolescents, families and groups age 5 to 21. EPSDT process is in place to assure that medically necessary health care is received in order to correct or ameliorate a defect, physical or mental illness, or a health condition identified through a screening. Services offered at clinic site as well as schools within the WCCUSD. Offers substance abuse treatment for adolescents age 14-18. Works with court referred youth on probation for mental health and/or Alcohol and other drugs (AOD) related treatment.

Offers wellness and recovery services to individuals, families and adolescents. Services include adult mental health and alcohol/drug prevention and treatment; domestic violence intervention and prevention; child, adolescent and transitional aged youth mental health and AOD prevention and treatment; AOD/MH treatment and other youth; wraparound services for children and families; a community mobilizing AOD prevention program; community organizing; and youth development.
