Volunteers provide friendly visits and phone calls to homebound and frail elderly offering friendship, socialization, personal support, companionship and practical help in order to help relieve loneliness and isolation. Volunteers provide one or more hours service per week.

Meals on Wheels Diablo Region
Offers a hot meal delivery program for frail and home bound persons 60+. Regular meals, fruit dessert; special diet needs include restricted sodium. Meals are delivered around the noon hour by volunteers, 5 days a week. If weekend or holiday meals are desired, frozen foods can be delivered ahead of time. Includes wellness check.
