Contra Costa Count (East and Central)
Provides assistance to individuals or families with enrollment applications to Medi-Cal or Covered California. Clients do not need to be patients of La Clinica. Offers information and counseling on renewing Medi-Cal applications and submitting quarterly reports. Provides appointment navigation assistance to clients who are having difficulties understanding their coverage.
