Homeless Drop In Centers | The Warm Hand Wellness & Resource Center - SOS Richmond - San Pablo Library

Collaborates with the City of Richmond, other public agencies, nonprofit partners, and civic and private groups for outreach and encampment organizing among unsheltered people across West Contra Costa County. Offers wellness center which provides basic needs services including access to shower, laundry, food, clothing, water, transportation and connections to community resources, and outreach and engagement including trash cleanup. Provides workforce clinic, free classes, for resume and cover letter preparation, and job readiness as well as job search assistance. Employs unhoused individuals to steward neighborhoods and accompany unhoused neighbors on their journey from tent to home. If client does not have transportation, they can contact Neighbor Care line for the SOS Richmond shuttle.

Homeless Drop In Centers | CARE Center - Trinity Center - Walnut Creek

Provides a respite and services for low-income adults and/or homeless in the Walnut Creek area. Provides job and housing search assistance, mailbox, showers, clothing, a washer and dryer, case management, alcohol and other drug services, advocacy and assistance in accessing county, state and federal services, including SSI and Food Stamp benefits. Client in need of housing navigation ONLY, must contact other coordinated entry providers. Specializing in single adult men and women; very limited services for families; no childcare is provided.

Homeless Drop In Centers | Grow Meals - Concord Cowell Park

Provides hot nutritious meals, hydration, snacks and sandwiches, clothing and shoes, access to laundry program, access to shower program, a safe place to eat and relax for a while. Clients must attend one of two park locations to register and be eligible for showers and laundry.

Homeless Drop In Centers | Women's Daytime Drop-In Center

Provides a daytime drop-in center for homeless single women, and women with children. Offers meals, groceries, and hygiene to go. To-go meals are first-come, first-served. Child care is NOT provided. The Center offers support case management, information and referral to shelters, housing options and other services over the phone. Must have an intake to be eligible for services; call ahead to make an appointment and/or to check if intakes are being done that day.

Provides a variety of homeless specific support services on a drop-in basis to homeless individuals. Services include restrooms, laundry, and mail service for non-shelter residents. The center offers an outdoor pocket park to promote a sense of community with access to kennels for companion animals while accessing services.
