Provides a variety of classes, trips, and services to seniors 55+. Site for C.C. Cafe hot lunch Monday-Friday, 12-1pm; reservations are required one day in advance. Senior Center Express Van is provided to San Ramon residents to and from the San Ramon Senior Center, Monday-Friday; cost is $5.00 each way or $1 for members. Call to sign up 24 hours in advance. Works in collaboration with other agencies to offer monthly presentations and services including HICAP, Senior Peer Counseling and Senior Legal Services.

Provides door-to-door shuttle service to eligible seniors within the City of San Pablo and people with disabilities in need of transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, post office, bank and/or other community locations for a low fee. Offers one seat ride shuttle from the San Pablo Senior Center to the Martinez Health Center.

Offers curb-to-curb transportation in partnership with Lyft. R-Transit clients receive a subsidy to use Lyft for on-demand trips in the cities of Richmond, El Cerrito, North Richmond, El Sobrante, Kensington, San Pablo, and Pinole. RAPID will also expand service to and from the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Veterans hospital in Martinez, CA. Lyft driver is not required to assist passenger. Payment must be made directly to Lyft in form of credit/debit card, or prepaid debit card.

Provides daily service to BART, work, school, the doctor, the library, parks, movie theaters, shopping centers, grocery stores, recreation activities, as well as door-to-door service for seniors and individuals with disabilities, and Tri MyRide – an on-demand ride hailing shuttle service in select locations. All Tri Delta Transit buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with wheelchair lifts/ramps. Serves eastern Contra Costa County (Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood, Oakley, Bay Point, parts of Discovery Bay and Knightsen), Concord, and Martinez with 16 local bus routes Monday-Friday and six on weekends and holidays. Concord and Martinez routes run Monday-Friday only.

Provides door-to-door transportation service in Central Contra Costa County for ADA certified disabled individuals and disabled seniors. Services are available Monday-Friday, with limited service on the weekends. For eligibility requirements, call County Connection Link. Service area: Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Martinez, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Danville, Moraga, and the unincorporated areas of Central Contra Costa County. Provides ADA service on behalf of BART within 3/4 of a mile of regular bus service or a BART station.

Provides daily service to BART, work, school, the doctor, the library, parks, movie theaters, shopping centers, grocery stores, recreation activities, with door-to-door service for seniors and individuals with disabilities. All Tri Delta Transit buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with wheelchair lifts. Serves Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood, Oakley, Bay Point, Discovery Bay, Concord, and Martinez with 14 local bus routes Monday-Friday and 5 local bus routes on on weekends and holidays. Offers 8 Tri MyRide vans, and shuttle services for community events. Tri MyRide is an on-demand shuttle service. Offers transit vouchers to AFN community members. Clients must call backdoor number.

Provides low-cost transportation services to seniors (55 and older) and persons with disabilities who reside in the City of Richmond and the unincorporated areas of East Richmond Heights, El Sobrante, Kensington, North Richmond, Hasford Heights and Rollingwood. Offers door-to-door demand-response trips, and standing orders. Program registrants can travel within a specified geographic service area to include cities of Richmond, El Cerrito, San Pablo, North Richmond, El Sobrante, Kensington, and Pinole. Reservations are required and can be made up to 30 days in advance; same day service is based on availability.

Provides public transportation services for the East Bay, covering Alameda County and parts of West Contra Costa County. Operates Monday-Sunday; for full bus schedule and routes, contact AC Transit, visit their website or call 511. Service area: Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Freemont, Hayward, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Richmond, San Leandro, San Pablo, and the Transbay Terminal in San Francisco. Serves the unincorporated areas of Ashland, Castro Valley, Cherryland, El Sobrante,Fairview, Kensington, North Richmond and San Lorenzo.

Provides door-to-door transportation services for ADA certified individuals unable to use AC Transit buses or BART trains. Service is available from Monday-Sunday, mirroring established BART trains or AC Transit bus line times and routes. ADA certification is required for paratransit service. Service area covers from Richmond/Pinole to the north, Fremont to the south, Castro Valley to the east and San Francisco to the west.

Provides free one-on-one, door-through-door rides by screened and trained volunteer drivers. Offers rides primarily for the purpose of obtaining medical care, groceries and other basic necessities for qualified clients.

Provides curb-to-curb service for senior/disabled passengers throughout the West Contra Costa County. Trips must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, although passengers may reserve rides up to 3 days in advance. WestCAT serves Pinole, Hercules, and the unincorporated communities of Montalvin Manor, Tara Hills, Bayview, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa.

Provides transportation service to help seniors 65+ and disabled El Cerrito residents perform daily activities within the City of El Cerrito and some limited locations outside of El Cerrito city limits. All rides require an advance reservation.
