Provides a mentoring program for men and women exiting the jail system. Refers individuals to alternative treatment for those with substance abuse issues. Mentors provide housing and employment referrals, self-sufficiency skills training and linkage to various community services.

Responsible for the supervision and control of clients released on felon parole from state prisons. Provides referral to services for parolees and develops programs for the reentry of the offender into the community for a productive, law-abiding life.
