Provides in-school violence prevention programming and develops peer leadership at all grade levels, through classroom-based services delivered over multiple sessions, and also in ongoing, gender-specific small groups. Age-appropriate topics range from bullying prevention and safe touching, to bystander education, to dating violence, sexual assault and sexual exploitation. Offers self-defense training for women and girls. The Prevention team also works with college campuses to prevent sexual violence, and is available for community training on these topics.
