Does not provide rental assistance, unlawful detainers, nor filing paperwork for eviction but presents options on how to respond to eviction notices. Offers mediation of tenant/landlord disputes, referrals to tenant organizations, tenant/landlord rights, legal counseling, and fair housing counseling. Serves Antioch, Pittsburg and Bay Point residents only.

Provides legal information and provides presentations to community groups Advance Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney, and Prevention of Elder Abuse.
