Provides vocational and social rehabilitation in a supportive environment where adults with persistent mental illness can go to rebuild their lives. Loans computers and helps members complete smartphone applications.

Provides a variety of services for Californians with disabilities of all ages including AT exchange marketplace, device lending libraries, financial loan program for AT, information and referral, reuse program in affiliation with organizational partners, in-person and webinar trainings and free membership. An AT Services directory is available online or by phone with resources on transportation, health, mobility, education, computers, activities of daily living, assistance with vision and hearing, and recreation.

Provides technology access for adults and children with disabilities including services that support adults in finding and retaining jobs and creating accessible work environments, with school districts to ensure that children with disabilities have access to assistive technology, including computers, that work for them; with seniors to assist them in the right assistive technology, with the California Department of Rehabilitation to provide computer access evaluations and equipment recommendations to their clients, and with organizations and business to provide creative and cost effective solutions to work site access issues geared toward assisting adults with disabilities in employment situations.
