Arranges free travel on corporate jets for cancer patients, bone marrow donors and bone marrow recipients, as long as they are travelling to an approved cancer treatment center, are able to walk up and down the steps to a private plane without assistance, do not require oxygen, IV or any other form of life support during the flight. Adults can bring one other adult, children can be accompanied by two adults. Recognized cancer treatment centers are listed with the American College of Surgeons and/or the National Institutes of Health.

Arranges free, non-emergency air transportation donated by volunteer pilots in small, private planes for medical patients to and from their treatment centers. Offers "compassion flights" for non-patients traveling for reasons such as, but not limited to, visiting a terminally ill family member, domestic violence relocation, and special needs camps. Does not fly for funerals and is not an "air ambulance."
