Makes special wishes come true for individuals 50+ living in Contra Costa County who have a chronic or life-threatening illness certified by a physician. Wishes are granted with the intention of bringing joy to the senior. Wishes include but are not limited to vacation trips, anniversary or birthday dinners, family gatherings and home repairs which make home more accessible and comfortable. The Board of Directors of the organization will be the final authority on wishes granted.

Grants dreams for terminally-ill adults, fulfills final dreams that provider inspiration, comfort and closure at the end of life. Recipients must be U.S. residents, whose resources prevent them from fulfilling a final wish. Granted dreams do not include cash or property; travel outside the United States; cruises; computers; legal or medical assistance, treatment, or equipment; and cannot be a surprise. Terminally ill person makes the request.
