Services provided include physical exams, sports clearances, reproductive healthcare (for minors as well), treatment of minor infections or illnesses, dental exams, cleaning, fluoride treatment, fillings, sealants, and pre-screening for referrals for behavioral health services. If patient is or was part of child welfare/foster youth and asks for reproductive care or information they will receive a $50 gift card.
