Provides exam, X-ray, cleaning, fillings, crowns, root canal, partial, bridges, extraction, and dentures. Uses a lottery system, which prioritizes patients based on financial eligibility, oral health needs, and the urgency of dental needs. Legal immigration status is not required for income-eligible patients.

Provides low cost dental services for adults and children. Individual can choose to be seen by a student dentist under supervision, a post-graduate student dentist or a faculty member. The fee varies by dentist type chosen and service needed. Services include; general, screening exam for all new patients, preventive care, complete dental exams, limited X-rays, teeth cleaning, resin sealants, general dental services, fillings, crowns, dentures, teeth whitening, implants, root canals, and emergency dental care (first-come, first-served basis).

Dental services include fillings, dentures, crowns and bridges, root canals, oral surgery and limited periodontal work.
