Offers a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program which provides multiple stand alone classes and programs that may lead to employment opportunities. Programs are 3-12 months long and include: Administrative Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Dental Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), EMS Corps and Medical Assistant. Student services include financial assistance, resume writing, interviewing skills, job search workshops, assessment, and information on job trends. CTE offers stand-alone classes, including Keyboarding and Computer Basics, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, CPR, First Aid, Food Safety Certificate Training, and more.

Supported Employment: Offers a program which supports participants to obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment in the field of their choice. Participants receive individualized on-the-job coaching, including: full-time support through the training process that fades as the job and skills needed are learned; ongoing supports include advocacy with management; interpersonal skills in the workplace; learning new or additional work tasks; and managing stress. Employment Training Program: Provides a short-term program designed to provide participants with the skills, tools, and hands-on experience needed to gain competitive and integrated employment. In this program, participants will be supported to identify their desired job or career, hands-on learning and experience which will give skills necessary to be successful in that career, and job search support to get a job.

Transitional employment program offers paid on the job skills training combined with workshops to develop personal and vocational growth. Programs offered: retail sales donation customer service material handling, processing of textile and hard goods, and truck driving. Sites are located throughout Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano Counties.

Provides counseling and case management, employment and training, housing, and legal assistance to homeless and low-income veterans annually in the Bay Area. Also provides advocacy and public education on veteran's issues.

Supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop vocational and social skills thru the use of a Film and Media workshop. Participants learn all aspects of film making, from script writing, camera and lighting, editing, art and set building and marketing. Provides a 12-week basic introductory Culinary Arts Program. Teaches basic culinary skills needed to qualify as a candidate for a starting position within the culinary industry. Students will graduate with a California Food Handler Card required by law for all food-related service workers.

Provides a residential career and job training program for transitional aged youth ages 16 to 24. Participating clients can train in a variety of high-growth career areas including medical, culinary, and carpentry . All training programs are hands-on, with real work environments. Students also have access to training and academic classes with local community colleges and/or technical institutions through partnerships with the Job Corps Centers.

Promotes the independence, equality and self-reliance of people who are blind or visually impaired through rehabilitation training and relevant services, such as access to employment, education, government, information, recreation, and transportation. Store sells adaptive visual devices; items can also be ordered from the online store. LightHouse for the Blind has offices in Marin, Berkeley and Eureka, and a camp in Napa.

Provides a residential and non-residential job training program for men and women ages 18 to 25. Jobs include a variety of outdoor work, including landscaping, trail building, tree planting, brush clearance, minor construction work, wildlife habitat improvement, flood prevention and more. Responds to natural disasters and other emergencies. Individual can obtain GED while serving in the corps and receives a minimum wage while in training. Expedited enrollment to homeless individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. Residential stay is up to one year and enrollees may be eligible for $2500 scholarship towards further education.
