Provides financial assistance for childcare services to families in Contra Costa County. Full-day and part-day, full-year and part-year programs available. Programs are monitored and staff is offered ongoing education classes. In most cases, staff is able to communicate with children and parents in their first language. Childcare is provided to the neediest families first. Depending on need, the wait could be as little as a day or more than a year. Offers Child Care programs for families currently receiving CalWorks or have received within the last two years.
