Provides Concurrent Planning, a program which place children with a potential adoptive home while continue to work with the birth family, providing reunification services. Concurrent caregivers are foster parents and prospective adoptive parents at the same time, offering stability while reducing their number of placements. Families must commit to provide permanency while at the same time partnering with the birth parents and CFS in Reunification services. Families interested in fostering or adopting must first attend an orientation. Orientations provide information of policies, and types of children needing families are discussed in detail.

Provides services for pregnant women of all ages experiencing unplanned pregnancy including pregnancy counseling, and adoption services. Answers a 24-hour crisis pregnancy hotline is available as well as an online counselor available for live chat.
