Provides a a virtual service where teens and young adults can get confidential one-to-one support sessions via video, audio or chat from a peer mentor of choice. Mentors are individuals who share clients identity, background, and/or lived experiences, and has been trained to help others going through something similar. Mentors (ages 18-35) come from very diverse backgrounds (over 50% identify as LGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC) and have firsthand experience with a wide range of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to addiction, trauma, eating disorders, evolving gender/sexual identity and more. Also offers peer-led group sessions on selected topics.
