Provides Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) counseling for children, adolescents, families and groups. EPSDT process is in place to assure that medically necessary health care is received in order to correct or ameliorate a defect, physical or mental illness, or a health condition identified through a screening. Services offered at clinic site as well as schools within the WCCUSD.

Provides preventative, individualized and comprehensive mental health support services to at risk youth. Services include individual and family counseling, community service program, and job training program to prevent an at risk youth from entering the juvenile justice system.

Provides integrated behavioral support services for students in K-12 in the Pittsburg Unified School District and in 3 schools in Antioch Unified School District (Antioch Middle, Dallas Ranch Middle and Park Middle School). Develops tools and learning environments for academic success across all levels from teacher consultation, student counseling and whole school support. Provides comprehensive support including, in-class/playground support (elementary level), individual, group and family therapy, teacher consultation, crisis intervention and community outings.
