Offers consumers of Golden Gate Regional Center and the Regional Center of the East Bay personalized supports in their own homes or apartments. Specific supports are tailored to the individual's particular needs and interests with staff working with the consumer to develop a "Circle of Support," consisting of the individual, family members, friends, and associates.

Provides services that include residential support in the community and day programs to people with developmental disabilities, age 18+ including licensed group homes in Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek, supported and independent living services to residents in apartments and homes in Central and East Contra Costa, and a vocational and developmental day program. Also provides various employment opportunities and job search assistance.

Provides a supported living program for adults age 20+ with Autism Spectrum Disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities. Clients work toward self-reliant living and learn to advocate for themselves through a wide variety of support offered at the center.
