Provides youth leadership program for young Latinas. Program includes support groups at various West County middle and high schools as well as virtual Zoom support group. Support groups offer life skills training, leadership empowerment, youth support information, and skills to make decisions about how to be healthy and successful at school, among their peers, and at home. Provides positive role models and culturally specific mentoring in an environment of trust to teach communication, conflict resolution, anger management, goal setting and life skills while providing opportunities for pro-social behavior and developing activities.

Provides a youth development program for boys and girls, K-19, that focuses on citizenship, leadership and life skills. Projects are hands-on, researched based and fun.
