Provides couples, families, or individuals living in their vehicles, a safe parking lot to park nightly. Safe parking lot program is a year-round program able to accommodate 15 cars per night.

Collaborates with the City of Richmond, other public agencies, nonprofit partners, and civic and private groups for outreach and encampment organizing among unsheltered people across West Contra Costa County. Offers wellness center which provides basic needs services including access to shower, laundry, food, clothing, water, transportation and connections to community resources, and outreach and engagement including trash cleanup. Provides workforce clinic, free classes, for resume and cover letter preparation, and job readiness as well as job search assistance. Employs unhoused individuals to steward neighborhoods and accompany unhoused neighbors on their journey from tent to home. If client does not have transportation, they can contact Neighbor Care line for the SOS Richmond shuttle.

Provides a variety of homeless specific support services on a drop-in basis to homeless individuals. Services include restrooms, laundry, and mail service for non-shelter residents. The center offers an outdoor pocket park to promote a sense of community with access to kennels for companion animals while accessing services.

Minor child must be in the direct care of the adult for shelter placement when offered shelter placement.

Provides a 7 unit transitional housing program. Offers supportive programming on-site to all residents which includes domestic violence support group, parenting group, vocational/life skills and community meetings. Provides age-appropriate and trauma-informed programming for children as well.

Provides shelter for 10 families and provides three meals a day, dependent on availability. All families have a case manager on-site. Tutoring services are available for children and adults.

Provides a sanctuary house, assistance with basic needs and community orientation for Latin American refugees and immigrants age 18+. Offers companionship and volunteer assistance in meeting legal, employment, permanent housing, physical and mental health needs. Serves as a community center offering English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, religious and social events, and educational talks on immigrant issues. Offers free food giveaway pantry every Thursday from 11-12:30pm, call for information.

Provides an evening winter program for single homeless adults who are current members of the center. Evening programs opens December 11 thru April 10. Service animals may be allowed, up to the center's discretion.

Provides single point of contact for daily shelter bed space and after-hours emergency bed requests. Screens for eligibility, prioritizing, matching housing resources, shelter and supportive services.

Provides transitional housing for homeless veterans, including those with a past history of substance abuse and/or mental health issues.
