Provides a youth development program for boys and girls, K-19, that focuses on citizenship, leadership and life skills. Projects are hands-on, researched based and fun. The program is administered by the University of California, a land-grant institution. Contra Costa's program is offered via eleven community clubs and in collaboration with after-school programs.
