Youth are age 12 to 21 and have mild symptoms of depression and anxiety due to abuse and neglect. Sessions are held online in order to ensure that the youth can have ongoing therapy no matter where, or how often, they move within the state. Therapists who donate their time will be matched with one youth and will receive free CEUs for a course on trauma-focused CBT for youth and adolescents, a bi-weekly consultation group, and a HIPPAA Zoom license to conduct sessions.
